This pottery piece is easily a couple notches up from a tourist piece one might typically find at a tourist trap Trading Post. It shows enough skill to make it into artisan grade but not quite a valuable piece.
Its attributes are a nice even thin wall, graceful though slightly lopsided shape, well contrained and not sloppy drawing design and a smooth and nicely polished surface for Acoma. The pattern is interesting if not simple.
Can find few to no pieces made by T. Cyn.
It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. There may be one small scratch. Shows very minor wear.
Includes a business card indicating it is from Hopi Arts and Crafts Gallery in Tucson Arizona but can find nothing that it now still exists.
Measures 3 1/2" tall and 5" across.
